Few aromas are as evocative as freshly baked bread. On 30 July, Al Città invites you to discover how it is made by literally getting your hands into the dough alongside the master bakers of Davide Longoni Bakery Bolzano.

Designed for anyone who appreciates the simplicity of bread and the time it takes to transform a handful of ingredients into something extraordinary.

During the workshop you will learn:

• how to choose the right flour;
• kneading and shaping techniques;
• the secrets of fermentation and baking.

Together, you'll prepare a naturally leavened, long-fermentation bread with sourdough: more fragrant, flavourful, digestible and longer-lasting.

The experience concludes with a tasting of bread, olive oil and wine.

At the end of the workshop you'll be able to take your dough home. Please remember to bring an apron and a suitable container.
